Sertaç Dirik and Marcelo Rodrigues
Spotlight is hosting a culinary residency featuring Sertaç Dirik and Marcelo Rodrigues from 25 February to 7 March. London-based chef Sertaç Dirik is renowned for his contemporary approach to Turkish cuisine, combining traditional techniques with seasonal British ingredients. Meanwhile, Portuguese-born Marcelo Rodrigues is celebrated for his produce-led, Mediterranean-inspired cooking and inventive flavour combinations. Together, the chefs explore a shared culinary language, bridging traditional Turkish and Portuguese cuisines through their distinctive creative lens.
