Sanderson lobby glow-up

From Monday 18 May 2026, our lobby will be undergoing a short refresh as we add a few new touches to the space.

Works are expected to last approximately three to four days, and while the transformation is underway, you may notice a little extra buzz around the lobby area.

What to expect

RECEPTION

Our Reception Desk has temporarily taken a few steps to the right while works are underway. The welcome remains exactly the same – warm, seamless and ready whenever you need us.

LOBBY ACCESS

Part of the lobby will be temporarily screened off as we work behind the scenes, but Long Bar, guestrooms and all hotel facilities remain open as normal. Our team will be nearby to point you in the right direction.

FACILITIES

Accessible restrooms, facilities and baby changing remain available on the ground floor throughout.

A Little Extra Noise

Works will take place during daytime hotel operating hours, so you may experience some occasional noise and visible activity in the lobby area. We’re doing everything possible to keep disruption to a minimum while we give the space its refresh.

Thank you for your patience while Sanderson evolves. A little theatre and a touch of transformation have always been part of the story here.
