Between your bedroom and your workspace, there’s The Third Room. The spot you slip into when you want a change of pace. Settle in for a bit of focus, a good conversation, or whatever idea shows up next.
A Place To Connect
The Third Room is not a traditional members’ club. It is a curated community within Roswyn, a refined space on the 1st floor where founders, creators, entrepreneurs and cultural voices naturally gather. Where morning meetings evolve into afternoon collaborations, and evenings loosen into conversations worth staying for. Access is a privilege of the stay, not a membership for purchase.
The Third Room at Roswyn offers a discreet, thoughtfully curated space for focused meetings and meaningful business conversations. With privacy, comfort, and attentive service, it allows discussions to flow seamlessly, free from distractions, yet enriched by a refined, inspiring setting.
SPACE TO UNWIND
Beyond the suite, Roswyn’s Third Room is an intimate social space designed for unhurried conversations and quiet escapes alike. A refined setting to unwind in peace, it brings together curated tapas and finely crafted cocktails – perfect for connecting, reflecting, & simply being, without disturbance.
Located minutes from the international airport, the hotel occupies a central position for global business. Its proximity allows for a seamless transition from international arrival to local engagement. With connectivity to the city’s commercial hubs and transit lines, the location serves as a natural convergence point for leaders, entrepreneurs and travellers who value accessibility and efficiency.
